We pride ourselves on ensuring that your personal data is retained for the period that UDV needs it for. All personal information collect on this website has a defined retention period of 6 months after the end of the promotion and it will then be deleted.

UDV is committed to handling your personal information with high standards of information security. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. The servers are within a Layershift Data environment within the UK. All data requests required for the management of this promotion and HTTP requests encrypted with TLS. Security updates are managed by Layershift and are applied as soon as they are required. Third-party access is granted to clients (e.g. those managing the promotion or want oversight of entries/wins/etc). There is a strict strong password requirement in place for all user accounts.
Any named individual who requires data information as part of the promotion is required to set up a password via a 2FA system to access the secure admin pages.
We authorise access to personal information only for VCG The PromoRisk People for the purposes of prize fulfilment and customer query management.
